Cape Town – Virat Kohli piled on the runs once again as he led India to a eight-wicket win in the sixth and final one-day international (ODI) against the Proteas at Centurion on Friday.
India, chasing 205 for victory, dismantled a woeful Proteas line-up earlier for 204 in 46.5 overs.
Kohli smashed an unbeaten 129 off 96 balls and shared a third-wicket partnership of 126* with Ajinkya Rahane (34*) to take the tourists to victory.

Earlier in the day, fast bowler Shardul Thakur took 4/52 with Khaya Zondo top-scoring for the Proteas with 54 off 74 balls.
It was only the fourth score of 50 or more for the hosts in a series in which their top batsmen have failed to fire.
Victory, with107 balls to spare, saw India triumph to win the series 5-1 with the Proteas only securing a win in the Pink ODI.
The Indian skipper ended as the highest leading run-scorer with 558 runs, making three centuries and one half-century.
India, who are now the No 1 team in the world, have won a one-day series in South Africa for the first time.
The two teams now shift towards the three-match T20I series, which starts on Sunday at the Wanderers (13:30).
