Quetta Gladiators win by 3 wickets in last ball thriller against Lahore Qalandars in PSL 2019
Quetta Gladiators won the toss and decided to bowl against Lahore Qalandars at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, Sharjah in the PSL.
Batting first, Lahore Qalandars scored a below par 143-7 – AB de Villiers 45*, Sohail Akhtar 29 and David Wiese 20 top scoring and Ghulam Mudassar 3-21 and Sohail Tanvir 2-21 the stars with the ball for Quetta Gladiators.
In reply, in what turned out to be a thrilling finish, Quetta Gladiators got over the line on the last ball of their innings, when Sarfraz Ahmed hit David Wiese for six, giving the Gladiators a win by 3 wickets.
Quetta Gladiators scored 148-7 with Sarfraz Ahmed 52*and Ahsan Ali 40 the main run getters and Haris Rauf 2-25 the pick of the bowlers for , Lahore Qalandars.
Quetta Gladiators remain unbeaten and at the Top of the Table in PSL 2019.
